Hi, i dont mind gory films but i suppose its what your stomach can take. Mhat one person defines as gory another could class it as an episode of Blue Peter.
I like Asian Shockers such as;

Red To Kill
The Prostitute Killers
Embola Syndrome

and also films, such as,
Nekromantik (if you havn't seen it this one's highly recommended)
Mutations
and the usual gore splatter german stuff.

But then you,ve got stuff like;
House On Dead End Street
Eric Stanze's Scrapbook and Bloody Harvest
And a load more of American low budget gore drenched ditties.

You could go on forever.
Giallo Vinenza

I watched that Cannibal a couple of months back, i bought simply because it was based on that incident. Thought it was quite good.

Check out Were going to eat you for some gory fun or if you just want to be down right disgusted you must check out the August Underground Trilogy by Fred Vogel, now if you likme gore, you'll love that!!!!
See ya Grin

Sorry, forgot to mention,

Nacho Cerdà's Aftermath.

Always a nice one to watch when you've got the in-laws over for tea. Grin

I personally prefer the more traditional gore movies,stuff like Cannibal Ferox,City of the Living Dead,Zombie,Maniac,New York Ripper,Day of the Dead,etc.I've heard the August Underground movies are pretty extreme but also quite boring in a gore for gore's sake kind of way,no storyline.As for Nekromantik,sorry,I thought it was utter shite.

I dont mind some of them spaghetti stomach churners, Zombie Flesh Eaters, Nights of Terror,  and the usual Dawn of the daft stuff. Im a huge fan of Giallo, Argento and Mario Bava being 2 masters of the macabre in my eyes. NIce to see company's like No Shame putting out alot of euro horror which i would not usually get chance to see.
I watched that Schoolgirl Killer (Naked You Die) last night. Really enjoyed it. Think i might i might watch me a Samuel Z Arkoff classic tonight, thinking The She-Creature.
Always had a soft spot for Nekromantik 1+2, Schramm and Der Todesking, think its because i the directer got refused entry into film school so he still went out made is films and put a stamp on the german film industry.
Starting to watch more slashers now. I recently bought Just Before Dawn (Jeff Leiberman) gonna wait till the weekend to watch it though.
The Cannibal Holocaust Special special boxset arrived yesterday, god dont you just love that statue!!!!

I personally thought that Cannibal Holocaust boxset with the statue was way overpriced.I'm more than happy with the Grindhouse double disc set.I never bothered with Nekro 2 because I hated the original so much.I've heard Nekro 2 is a much better made movie though,so who knows I may well download it for free one day. Picked up Holocaust  boxset reasonably cheap. Anyway ive got to work now, woe is me.

Well,I've recently picked up two excellent British horror films on DVD - the MGM R1 of Witchfinder General and the Warner R2 of From Beyond the Grave.Both highly recommended,though they maybe considered a bit slow and goreless for a modern day horror fan.

Thanks Vampix, ive never seen From Beyond The Grave but i'll check it out. I love Withfinder General with Vincint Price, just a shame that the director spiraled downwards not long after. I think the Whicker Man is another classic. I recently obtained Psychomania on a no budget U.S. dvd which im looking forward to watching. I think i can remember it from when i was young and sitting round my grandparents house on a sunday and someone had taped it off a late night showing on BBC. Used to love the old Amicus and Hammer Horrors.
